Grooveshark is one of the best music services online. It's sheer awesome, to be honest, and it's one of the few services which isn't geo-crippled. Really, how much better can it get? How about with easier full-album listening?
MusicLink.fm uses Grooveshark's widgets to present you with a simple interface for listening to complete albums. I'm actually not sure whether or not this violates Grooveshark's ToS, since it appears as though MusicLink is pretty much serving the tracks off Grooveshark while presenting their own ads. I guess we'll find out by seeing if it's still around in a month or two (or, if you're from Grooveshark, feel free to weigh in in the comments).
One advantage MusicLink.fm has is that it's not a full-flash experience. The site is plain HTML (perhaps "drab HTML" would be a better term), and is quite lightweight. The only Flash is Grooveshark's own widget. This also means it's faster - you don't have to wait for Grooveshark's massive Flash application to load before you get to listen to Mike Patton wail.MusicLink.fm is a full-album Grooveshark front-end originally appeared on Download Squad on Thu, 09 Sep 2010 11:00:00 EST.
