If you've used Opera Mini, the light-weight, designed-for-dumbphones browser, Opera Mobile will feel very familiar to you.
Mobile keeps the ability to 'remotely render' websites, both reducing bandwidth use and speeding up site loads -- but you can now turn that off and have every site rendered locally with the excellent Presto layout engine.
You can grab a copy of Opera 10.1 for Android from the Market, or grab the APK directly. The QR code is on the right.
Opera Mobile 10.1 beta for Android emerges, much the same as Opera Mini originally appeared on Download Squad on Tue, 09 Nov 2010 06:30:00 EST. Please see our terms for use of feeds.
